Silvia R. Sanders
In 1968, the daughter of Cuban Refugees fleeing communism, Silvia Rodriguez Sanders arrived in the United States with her family and no material possessions. Silvia's parents worked hard to give her a good education. From a young age, Silvia was told: “the three things no one can take from you are your faith, education, and the love of your family.” Silvia learned the value of hard work and the importance of getting a good education at a young age. On a full scholarship, Silvia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Florida in 1987.
In 1990, Silvia earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law and was then admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992. Within five years of graduating, Silvia was heading up the Personal Injury Department at a prestigious Orlando law firm. Silvia has tried complex commercial aviation and multi-million dollar personal injury cases. She continued working as a successful trial attorney until her second child was born. At that time, she began working part-time to spend more time with her two children. She was able to home school for two years and was a Cub Scout Den Mom for five years. As her children grew older, Silvia went back to work practicing Family Law, full-time, at The Sanders Firm, P.A.
Silvia is now devoting her time and talent to individuals who need representation in all matters of Family Law. While her clients always come first, the best interests of her client’s children and the family unit are always a part of her litigation strategy. Silvia has handled hotly contested divorce cases and simple, uncontested divorce cases. Silvia’s meticulous attention to detail and devotion to de-escalating conflict in family cases serve her clients very well.
Thanks to our partners, you can find ties online to suit every preference and budget, from budget to top-of-the-range super stylish models.

Tristan Sanders
Tristan Sanders earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1991, where he was an editorial member of The Stetson Law Review. Tristan grew up in and around the law, as his father and grandfather were both Orlando trial attorneys. When asked why family law? Tristan’s response is “Because that is where I feel I can truly make a difference.” Tristan has selflessly devoted his practice to helping families struggling through divorce with the goal of minimizing conflict and providing a framework where parents can effectively co-parent. Tristan has served families as a mediator and as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for children. He is experienced at bringing closure to often emotionally heartbreaking family disputes.
Prior to entering into private practice, Tristan served as an Assistant State’s Attorney. He was also employed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
Tristan is involved in The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, has served on the Central Florida’s Family Law Inns of Court, and has been recognized by his professional peers as one of Florida’s Elite Family Law attorneys in the attorney edition of Florida Trend.
Tristan and Silvia have two children. They are active members of the St. James Cathedral Church Community. Tristan enjoys serving as a FOCCUS minister; a ministry devoted to preparing engaged couples to enter into marriage. Tristan also serves his community as both a Board Member and Tutor for Outreach Love, an organization devoted to loving, nurturing, and tutoring kids at risk in our community. He also volunteers his time to IDignity, an organization that serves our local community by assisting individuals in obtaining the necessary paperwork for ID cards, driver’s licenses, and other forms of necessary identification.
Tristan Sanders is also a member of The Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida.
